Agreeing to these terms

You agree to these terms when you buy a practice pack or otherwise use westbrooktestprep.com. If you don't agree, don't use the site. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

Who we are

Westbrook Test Prep is run by Foster Apps LLC ("we", "us"). Contact: support@fosterapps.com.

Practice material only

Our practice tests are original questions written to cover the topics an exam lists. They aren't the real exam, they aren't made or endorsed by the exam's publisher, and a score here doesn't predict your score on test day. Check the official exam information from the test publisher and your school for the rules that apply to you.

Practice packs

• What you get: the practice sets listed on the pack's page, on any device where you sign in with the email you bought it with.
• Price: the one-time price shown on the pack's page (US dollars), plus any sales tax or VAT shown at checkout. There's no subscription and nothing renews. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Access period: each pack shows how long access lasts (for example 90 days), counted from the purchase. Your account page shows the end date.
• Refunds: if a pack isn't helpful, email us within 7 days of buying it and we'll refund it, or within any longer period the law where you live requires. A refund ends access to that pack.
• Changes: we fix and improve questions over time. If we stop offering a pack you've paid for, we'll refund the unused part of your access period.

Acceptable use

Don't share your sign-in or resell access, copy the questions to publish elsewhere, scrape the site, or interfere with it. We may end access that breaks these terms.

No warranties

The site and its practice material are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that the material is complete, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, and that the site will be uninterrupted.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Foster Apps LLC and its members aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including exam results or admissions decisions. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please email support@fosterapps.com so we can try to resolve it informally. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
